depend on the unleashing of human capital’s idealism to ignite the future
The future is unknown and it is up to the new breed of
technocrats to anticipate and occupy that future
Local enterprise needs technocrats that are able to explore the
future’s extremely vulnerable boundaries and the areas where the present meet
the future’s limitless boundaries
The deep space where human needs, expectations and abilities are
frustratingly locked-in by conventionalism
The present bureaucratically remote controlled boundaries are
getting more and more vulnerable
Local government that is becoming obsolete is not retreating out
of competition-it is advancing in the wrong direction
